These applications are filed by the Petitioner under Section 151 CPC seeking exemption from filing lengthy synopsis and list of dates. 2.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. 3.

Applications stand disposed of.

O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 865/2025 and O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 866/2025 4.

These petitions are filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A

(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. 5.

It is stated that arbitral proceedings are at the stage of recording of evidence and arguments on applications filed by the Respondents under Section 16 of the 1996 Act and mandate of the Sole Arbitrator is expiring on 01.12.2025.

Issue notice.

Mr. Vardaan Bajaj, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents and on instructions, submits that Respondents have no objection to the extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. 8.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the Sole Arbitrator is extended by a period of 9 months from 02.12.2025. 9.

O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 867/2025 10.

This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator.

It is stated that arbitral proceedings are at the stage of recording of evidence and arguments on applications filed by the Respondents under Section 16 of the 1996 Act and mandate of the Sole Arbitrator is expiring on 14.11.2025.

Mr. Vardaan Bajaj, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents and on instructions submits that Respondents have no objection to the extension of mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. 14.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the Sole Arbitrator is extended by a period of 9 months from 15.11.2025. Needless to state that Court has not entered into merits of the case or the allegations made in the petition.
