This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of 6 months from 08.11.2025 for making and publishing the final Award.

It is stated that the documents are voluminous in nature and hence, the delay.

For the said reasons, issue notice to the respondents. 4.

I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for delay. In view of the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a further period of 4 months from 08.11.2025 to conclude the arbitral proceedings.
