The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter 'Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of six (6) months. 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent does not oppose the present petition.

Having heard counsel for the parties, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a further period of six (6) months from today. 4.

It is stated that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has expired on 30th September, 2025.

The period from 30th September, 2025 till today, stands regularized. 6.

The petition stands disposed of.
