Appeal under Section 96 read with Order XLI Rule 1 of C.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Appellant against Judgment / Decree dated 31.07.2025, whereby the suit of the Plaintiff / Resopndent for possession and arrears of rent was decreed.

Learned counsel for the Appellants has submitted his Affidavit of undertaking today mentioning that the suit property shall be vacated on or before 30.06.2026 and arrears of rent from 01.01.2021 till 30.06.2026 @ Rs.26,000/- per month along with interest @ 6% per month shall also be cleared.
