% 01.06.2016 The learned counsel for the respondents has received written instructions to the effect that in order to avoid any room for ambiguity, the current tender process for outsourced visa services in the embassy of India, Beijing shall be scrapped and a fresh tender with clear procedures shall be invited shortly. In view of this statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, no further directions are necessary in the writ petition. The same stands disposed of.
