% 22.08.2016 Learned APP for the State submits that on 26th July, 2016 the learned Presiding Officer was on leave. On 9th August, 2016 the chief examination of PW-8 and PW-10 was completed where after they were cross-examined on 17th July, 2016 however their cross-examination is yet to be concluded for which dates of 1st , 2nd and 6th September, 2016 have been fixed by the learned Trial Court.
In view of the fact that the cross-examination of the material witnesses is likely to conclude, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application for bail before the learned Trial Court. Leave and liberty granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Order dasti. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
