The petitioner seeks direction to expedite the proceedings of the recovery suit pending before the Court of learned District & Sessions Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in financial difficulty and his wife is suffering from cancer. 3.

Since the Court is not aware of the board position of the learned Trial Court, it is not appropriate to pass time bound direction. However, it is expected that the learned Trial Court would proceed with the case in most expeditious manner.

Learned counsel for the parties are requested to render their due cooperation to the Court in expediting the matter. 5.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
