The present petition has been filed for setting aside and quashing the order dated 06.09.2021 and order dated 24.10.2024, passed by the court of learned District Judge, in the case titled "Smt. Hardeep Kaur & Ors. Vs. Sh. Sadhu Singh & Ors.", Execution Petition No. 770/2017, whereby, the learned court issued directions to the Local Commissioner to supervise the construction of partition wall in the suit property bearing No. 2113/64, Tri Nagar, Delhi.

Learned counsel submits that partition of the property is being done in accordance with the judgment and decree of partition passed by the High Court. However, it is submitted that the wall is being raised without obtaining an opinion of an expert regarding the structural stability. It is further submitted that petitioner has since filed the objections before the trial court regards the same but the same have not been adjudicated. 3.

During submissions, learned counsel does not press the petition, stating that she would first press her objections before the trial court. However, she has made request that appropriate directions be issued to the learned trial court to decide her objections expeditiously. 4.

Statement made by the learned counsel is taken on record. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with directions to the learned trial court that the objections, if any pending before it, may be decided in a most expeditious manner.

Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
