% 05.07.2018 It is stated that out of the refunds claimed in respect of the nine tax periods, six have been processed and granted and two were rejected, against which appeals filed by the writ petitioner are pending. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the refund claimed which is pending with the VAT Department would be processed and appropriate orders made within two weeks. This position is not disputed by the petitioner's counsel. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
