This order is being passed in furtherance of order dated 06.10.2025. 2.

Mr. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner is seeking correction of his date of birth as 09.05.2011 in place of 09.03.2011.

Mr. Rajappa, learned standing counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 3, states that in the present case, the petitioner has neither provided the requisite documents and nor they are willing to get them verified and hence the respondent is unable to proceed further.

For the said reasons, it is directed that the petitioner along with guardian shall visit the Principal of Kendriya Vidhyalaya Pushp Vihar, M.B. Road, Sector 3, Pushp Vihar, Saket, New Delhi, Delhi-110017 on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 30.01.2026 at 11:30 AM with all original documents for verification and correction of the date of birth and shall deposit the necessary charges. 5.

Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 shall send the requisite documents to the respondent No.2 expeditiously and not later than 10 days from 30.01.2026. 6.

Thereafter, respondent No. 2 shall do the needful within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of documents from the respondent Nos. 1 and 3. 7.
