Bail Appln. 365/2017 The present application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.13/2017, under Section 379/34 IPC, Police Station Prasad Nagar. As per FIR, the allegations levelled are that when the complainant had gone to purchase wine from a wine shop, he found that someone had removed his mobile phone from his pant pocket. When he turned around, he saw a boy handing over the complainants' mobile phone to another boy and they both were running away. The complainant caught hold of one boy whose name was later on

revealed as Rohit @ Situ.

During the course of arguments, counsel for the petitioner wished to withdraw the present bail application. Consequently, on the request of the counsel for the petitioner, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. P.S.TEJI, J MARCH 02, 2017 dd
