File taken up today on office note for dismissal of the suit for non-prosecution.

I have examined the office note. It reflects that the suit was first filed on 18.05.2013 by the plaintiff. Certain objections were raised by the office. The plaintiff or the counsel, however, did not remove objections and claimed that they stood removed within the prescribed period of 30 days. Again on 03.07.2013, the plaintiff was asked to remove objections. However, the plaintiff or his counsel did not turn up for compliance. In the instant case, the suit is lying under objection since 03.07.2013. In terms of Rule 5(1) and (2), Part-A(a), Chapter-I, Volume - V, Delhi High Court Rules, Practice and Procedure, objections are required to be removed within 30 days. The objections have not been removed till date.
