% 22.02.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that defence of petitioner was struck down by the trial court since arrears of maintenance were not cleared. It is submitted that petitioner has now cleared the entire arrears of maintenance.

It is further submitted that petitioner would be moving an appropriate application before the trial court for permitting him to raise his defence. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
