The present bail application has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.65/2016 under Section 406/420 IPC, PS Rajgarh, District Churu, Rajasthan.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file the same before the Court having jurisdiction over the matter.
