The counsels have mentioned the matter. It is stated that mediation has been successful with the efforts of Mr. Sharanjit Singh Wadhwa, Advocate/Mediator.

A Settlement Agreement dated 8th August, 2017 purporting to be signed by the parties and their advocates and the Mediator has also been received in this Court.

On enquiry, it is informed that this Rent Control Revision Petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 was preferred against the order [dated 21st January, 2015 in E No.04/2013 (UID No.0240500008202013) of the Court of Rent Controller (South-West), RC.REV. 234/2016
Dwarka Courts, New Delhi] of dismissal of the petition for eviction under Section 14(1)(e) of the Act filed by the petitioner; that the petitioner has since sold the property to the daughter-in-law of the respondent. 4.
In view of the same and in view of the Settlement Agreement, the petition is disposed of.
No costs.
