O R D E R

% 21.03.2016 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.PC moved by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0673/2015 under Section 420/468/471/34 IPC registered at Police Station Harsh Vihar.

Status report has been filed by the State.

It is submitted by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required, however, she may be directed to join investigation. Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in the event of her arrest:- (ix) Petitioner be admitted to bail on her executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./SHO. (x) She shall join the investigation as and when called for by the I.O. (xi) She shall furnish her address as well as her contact number to the Investigating Officer.

(xii) She shall not threaten or coerce complainant or any prosecution witness. The application is accordingly disposed of.
