O R D E R

% 24.05.2016 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.PC moved by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0673/2015 under Section 420/468/471/34 IPC registered at Police Station Harsh Vihar.

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the directions given by this Court, the petitioner has already joined investigation and has also given her specimen signatures and thumb impression, which fact is not disputed by the Investigating Officer of the case in his status report. It is submitted by Investigating Officer of the case that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required and charge-sheet shall be filed shortly. Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim protection granted to the petitioner on 21.03.2016 is hereby confirmed and it is ordered that in the event of his arrest:- (v) Petitioner be admitted to bail on her executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./SHO.

(vi) She shall join the investigation as and when called for by the I.O. (vii) She shall furnish his address as well as his contact number to the Investigating Officer.

(viii) She shall not threaten or coerce complainant or any prosecution witness. The application is accordingly disposed of.
