The present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent nos. 1 to 4, to stop the illegal and unauthorized construction, being carried out by respondent no. 5, in the property No. A-1, Right Side Corner, Gali No. 4, Shalimar Village, Main Haider Pur Road, Delhi-110088. 2.

In response, learned counsel for the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that there is no ongoing construction The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. in the property in question.

He further submits that the unauthorized construction in the property was booked way back on 15th December, 2023. Subsequently, demolition order dated 28th December, 2023, with respect to two floors and raising of column on third floor of the property in question, was passed. 4.

He submits that part action has already been taken on 08th January, 2024. Further action is planned by the MCD on 23rd October, 2025 and 27th October, 2025.

On a pointed query by this Court, the petitioner submits that the petitioner is one of the tenants of the shop on the ground floor of the property in question.

Clearly, considering the submissions made by learned counsel for respondent-MCD that no ongoing construction is found in the property, the present petition is clearly without any merits. 7.

Noting the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition, along with pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
