The counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the temporary structure which was demolished including the electricity connection is already restored and the petitioner is continuing with the vending activity.

In that view of the matter, we are of the view that no further exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction is warranted in the facts and circumstances of the case.

We further make it clear that the respondents shall be at liberty to take action against the petitioner, in accordance with law in future, in case any violation is there.

The petitions are accordingly disposed of.
