% 18.04.2016 Mr. Rajat Vats, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that subsequent to the institution of the present petition, all the family members of the petitioner have reconciled to her marriage with Sameer Tayyeb and have decided to let bygones be bygones.

The father of the petitioner- Shri Farmood Ahmed, respondent no. 2 herein, who is present in Court today and has been identified by the Investigating Officer namely SI Mahipal Singh, Police Station- Malviya Nagar, Delhi, states that he has given his blessings to the newly-wed couple. All is well that ends well.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
