This is an application filed by the plaintiff for withdrawal of the suit. Application is allowed and the suit is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn as prayed. Parties are left to bear their own costs. 2.

It is also agreed between the parties that defendant no.2, in the presence of the representative of the plaintiff, will destroy the hard disk of the Laptop, which is currently in superdari with the defendant no.2 as per the report of the Local Commissioner filed in this Court.
