No. 4739/2016 Applicant has filed this application for transfer of the objections to the District Courts in view of the fact that the objections have been filed against the award of a sum of Rs.20,96,820/- passed by the respondent no.2. I have perused the application and heard counsel for applicant. Since the value of the award is less than Rs.1 crore, the objection are required to be transferred to the District Courts. The application accordingly allowed and stands disposed of .

OMP No. 422/2011 In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the O.M.P. 422/2011

objections stands transferred to the District Courts. The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 19th July, 2016 for further directions.
