She submits that she has left the child with the Child Welfare Committee and does not wish to take the child back, nor does she want to continue living with her husband.

After hearing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to other judicial remedy, as available under law. 4.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted in accordance with law.
