% 23.02.2017 Crl.M.A.1919/2017 (u/S 482 Cr.P.C. by Mr. Saravan Sekar, son of respondent no.2) It is submitted that respondent no.2 has died. He has left behind three legal heirs namely Mr. T. Saravan Sekar (son), Ms. Indra Murugan (wife) and Ms. Kiran Preethi (daughter). It is submitted that Ms. Kiran Preethi and Ms. Indra Murugan have executed separate special power of attorney(s), both dated 7th January, 2017. It is further submitted that matter has been settled between petitioners and the legal heirs of Late Shri T. K. Murugan vide compromise deed dated 12th January, 2017. It has been prayed that photocopies of these documents may be take on record. Application has not been opposed and is allowed.

Photocopies of documents are taken on

record.

Legal heirs of Late Shri T. K. Murugan are also impleaded as respondent nos.2(a), 2(b) & 2(c).

Application is disposed of in the above terms. Crl.M.C.2233/2013 Amended memo of parties be filed during the course of the day. Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 (a) to 2(c), on instructions, submits that they have no objection in case complaint case no.1409/01/09 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC registered at police station R. K. Puram titled as T. K. Muguran Vs.

M/s.

Akhshayaa Finance Bhaarath Ltd. & Ors., pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket Courts, New Delhi is quashed.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos.2(a) to 2(c), the aforesaid complaint case is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
