The present petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 528 and 529 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, challenges the order dated 18th August, 2025 passed by the Trial Court on an application submitted by the Petitioner. The petition further seeks a direction for the registration of an FIR under Section 174A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 against Respondents No. 3 and 4 in CT No. 5625/2020.

The order impugned reads as follows:

"Shaurya Agarwal Counsel for the Complainant The Application is dismissed in view of the Reply filed by IO + FIR in which both matters are mentioned"
