By way of the present petition, the petitioner alleges certain illegal acts on part of some police officials, and therefore, prays for an independent inquiry into the allegations as well as strict departmental action against the erring officials. 2.

Undisputedly, no complaint has been made to any senior police officials in this regard.

Let the present petition be treated as a representation and be forwarded to the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police for taking appropriate steps in accordance with law promptly. 4.

The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
