Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 submits that the petitioner in the instant writ petition was also a party of civil suit being CS (OS) 1582/2013, where in terms of order dated 31.01.2020, he has undertaken to withdraw the instant writ petition 3.

Be that as it may, since no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, the petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution alongwith pending application.
