By way of instant application, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 06.02.2024.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant draws this Court attention to para no. 9 of order dated 06.02.2024 wherein it is mentioned that 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant will be refunded by BSES/respondent to the applicant/appellant. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that this amount was deposited with the learned Trial Court. Therefore, the same has to be refunded by the learned Trial Court.
