% 21.08.2017 Counsel for the petitioner states that the present writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been granted benefit of the third financial upgradation and payments have been made. He, however, submits that the respondents should give break-up of the computation made by them.
Certain papers have been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner,
the writ petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of. In case the petitioner still has any grievance regarding computation, it will be open to him to file a fresh petition or an application in the present petition.
