The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'), inter alia, praying for certain interim measures of protection. Concededly, the Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted and the Arbitral Tribunal is in seisin of the matter. In this view, there is no impediment for the petitioner to approach the Arbitral Tribunal for any interim measures as the petitioner may be advised. In view of Section 9(3) of the Act, this Court finds no reason to entertain the present petition. The same is accordingly, dismissed. 4.
