After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition to challenge Clause 3(b) Part-II of "Invitation of Online Bids for Supply of 6000 Metric Tonnes (MT) Edible Oil."
