% 09.03.2016 Crl.M.A. No.4225/2016 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. Bail Application No.520/2016 The present bail application has been filed by the applicant for the grant of interim bail, to attend the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner.
The petitioner had filed application before the Special Judge for the grant of interim bail which was dismissed on 29th February, 2016.
In the order itself, it has been mentioned that the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner has been verified. Learned counsel for the applicant has not disputed that Section 37 of the NDPS Act applies in the present case. The marriage of the daughter of the petitioner is to take place on 11th March, 2016 at 11.00 a.m. followed by lunch and thereafter departure would take
place at 5.00 p.m.
In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner/accused is granted in custody parole on 11th March, 2016 from 10.00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The accused shall be accompanied with police officials in plain clothes without fetters and handcuffs.
The bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Let copy of this order be sent immediately to concerned Superintendent, Jail.
