O R D E R

% 24.10.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for the last nineteen months. Investigations are complete. Charge-sheet has been filed and trial is underway. Petitioner is not required for any custodial interrogation. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner may be admitted to bail.

Learned APP has opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner is involved in two other similar cases. It is further submitted that petitioner and his wife had taken `18,00,000/- from the complainant on the pretext of arranging VISA to the complainant and his nine other relatives. VISA was not arranged nor the amount taken by the

petitioner and his wife was returned.

Keeping in mind the above fact and that the petitioner is in custody for nineteen months, trial is underway and is likely to take time and the petitioner is not required for custodial interrogation, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
