% 04.03.2016 Petitioners have challenged the show cause notice dated 26th February, 2016 issued by the respondent no. 1 under Section 345-A read with 491 of the DMC Act.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that sealing order has not yet been passed. I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition against the show cause notice.

However, petitioners are given time to file reply to the show cause notice before the respondent no.1 by Tuesday. Thereafter, respondent no. 1

shall pass appropriate order, in accordance with law. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
