By way of the present Application, filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Applicants/Respondents seek issuance of direction to the Petitioner to release title documents in terms of Orders dated 17.04.2025 & 18.08.2025 on the ground that the Petitioner has not filed any application before learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal ["DRAT"].

The Writ Petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 17.04.2025 with liberty to the Petitioner to file application before the learned DRAT.
