This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking modification of the Order dated 20.11.2025 to refer the parties to mediation before commencement of the arbitration proceedings.

For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice to the respondent.

Mr. Thareja, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the present application being allowed. 4.

For the said reasons, the application is allowed and the parties shall appear before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 19.12.2025 at 4:30 PM.
