The present petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking appointment of a Sole Arbitrator.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition, a Sole Arbitrator has been appointed by the respondents in terms of the arbitration clause existing between the parties vide letter dated 15th October, 2025.

The Sole Arbitrator has been appointed from among the names proposed by the petitioner.

4.

In view thereof, counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

The same is accordingly disposed of.
