O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No.283/2025 under Sections 137(2)/65(1)/351(2) BNS and Section 6 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the victim met on Instagram and started meeting and established physical relations. The victim got pregnant, out of those physical relations and her mother took her to Safdarjung Hospital. It was on the intimation given by the said hospital that the present FIR came to be registered.

Mr. Hamid Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the victim were in love relationship and the family of the petitioner, as well as, the victim have also decided to solemnize the marriage of the petitioner and the victim, after the victim attains the age of majority. 4.

The victim is present in Court along with her mother and they have also affirmed the aforesaid fact. It is further stated by them that they have no objection in case the bail is granted to the present petitioner. It is not in dispute that the petitioner does not have any previous involvements.

In view of the above, the petitioner is admitted to regular bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/JMFC/Duty JM, further subject to the following conditions: a.

Petitioner shall appear before the Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing.

b.

Petitioner shall provide mobile number to the IO concerned which shall be kept in working condition at all times and he shall not change the mobile number without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned.

It is clarified that the observations made herein above are only for the limited purpose of deciding the present bail application and the same shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on merits of the case. 8.

The petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance.
