% 14.07.2016 By this petition the petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground of treatment of his wife.

A perusal of the medical report of the petitioner's wife would reveal that she has been advised angiography and echo-cardiography and no major surgery has been proposed as yet. Moreover considering the role attributed to the petitioner, the seriousness of the offence and the cases the petitioner is involved in, I am not inclined to grant interim bail to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
