% 03.04.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith and instead be given liberty to move an amendment application so as to incorporate the necessary averments qua third to fifth respondents and also seek modification of the prayer clause so that the relief is also properly reflected as claimed against all the defendants including the said parties.
