% 04.04.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to seek review of the impugned order with reference to the law declared by the Supreme Court in Fiza Developers and Inter-Trade Private Limited v. AMCI (India) Private Limited and Another, (2009) 17 SCC 796, which has not been noticed by the executing Court.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
