The present bail application is filed seeking extension of interim bail granted on medical grounds to the applicant by order dated 12.09.2025, in BAIL APPLN. 2710/2025 in FIR No. 92/2020, registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing. 2.
The status report is handed over in the Court and is taken on record.

Undisputably, the surgery of the applicant was conducted on 14.10.2025 and he was advised to take bed rest for some time. 4.
In view of the above, purely on humanitarian grounds, the interim bail granted to the applicant by way of order dated 12.09.2025, in BAIL APPLN. 2710/2025, is extended till The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 10.11.2025 on the same terms and conditions contained in the aforesaid order. The applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent upon expiry of the period of interim bail.

For making suitable arrangements, the applicant is permitted to give all relevant documents indicating the medical advice in relation to his treatment to the concerned Jail Superintendent.

On receipt of such documents, the Jail Superintendent is directed to make all efforts to follow the medical advice. 7.
The bail application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
