O R D E R

% 28.01.2026 By way of the present application filed under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0633/2025 dated 25.09.2025 registered for the offences under sections 110/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 at P.S.: Ranhola, Outer District, Delhi. 2.

At the outset, Mr Shoaib Haider, learned APP for the State submits, that on 13.01.2026 the Investigating Officer ('I.O.') has filed chargesheet in the matter without arresting the petitioner. 3.

interim protection against arrest and there is no allegation that she did not join investigation. The interim protection granted vidé order dated 17.10.2025 was continued by way of the last order dated 11.12.2025. 4.

In the circumstances, learned APP leaves it to the court to pass appropriate orders.

Learned counsel appearing for the complainant opposes the grant of anticipatory bail submitting that the victim had suffered grievous hurt on the head.

Mr. Ahmad however submits, that the injury was caused by coaccused Sanjay Khan who is still in judicial custody. 7.

It is also observed that the petitioner is a lady. 8.

In view of the above, this court is inclined to allow the present petition for anticipatory bail, thereby directing that in the event of her arrest, the petitioner shall be admitted to bail by the I.O./Arresting Officer ('A.O.') subject to the following conditions: 8.1.

The petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand Only) with 01 surety in the like amount from a family member to the satisfaction of the I.O./A.O.;

The petitioner shall furnish to the I.O. a cellphone number on which the petitioner may be contacted at any time and shall ensure that the number is kept active and switched-on at all times;

8.3.

If the petitioner has a passport, she shall surrender the same to the Investigating Officer and shall not travel out of the country without prior permission of this court; and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The petitioner shall not contact, nor visit, nor offer any inducement, threat or promise to any of the prosecution witnesses or other persons acquainted with the facts of case. The petitioner shall not tamper with evidence nor otherwise indulge in any act or omission that is unlawful or that would prejudice the proceedings in the pending trial. 9.

The petition stands disposed-of.
