% 29.01.2018 Petitioner has challenged the order dated 17.12.2015 passed by the learned CMM under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Learned counsel for the bank points out that rent till date has not been paid by the petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court on 28.07.2016. Petitioner will clear all arrears of rent and update the calculations. In case this rent is not paid liberty is granted to the bank to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. At this stage, after some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. Permission granted.

Petition dismissed as withdrawn.
