Learned counsel submits that the petition was initially filed and it was placed under objections by the Registry. After removal of the objections, the petitioner re-filed two petitions again under different diary numbers. It is submitted that CM (M) 3745/2024 impugns the same order as in the present case and is listed for 20.01.2025.
