% 19.12.2016 IA No.13046/2016 u/s 151 CPC moved by plaintiffs for transferring the matter to concerned District Court of proper jurisdiction Learned counsel for plaintiffs has submitted that plaintiff no.1 Sh. Ravi Prakash has expired on 05.12.2016 and he shall do the needful to bring his LRs on record. Plaintiff no.2 is stated to be the son of plaintiff no.1.

Learned counsel for parties have admitted that in view of lack of pecuniary jurisdiction in this court now and enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of District Court, the matter needs to be transferred to Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi having pecuniary & territorial jurisdiction. The jurisdictional value of the present suit is less than one crore.

-224.11.2015, the present suit bearing CS(OS) 1308/2011 stands transferred to Central District (Headquarters) Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, Central District (Headquarters) Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi on 24.01.2017 at 10.00 a.m.

IA is accordingly disposed of.
