The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: "In view of the facts and circumstances and in the interest of justice, it is therefore, most respectfully prayed that the present petition be allowed and appropriate action for violating the Court Order dated 13.05.2024 passed in CS(Comm.) 140/20,24 by District Judge, Commercial Court-08, S.E. Saket, New Delhi be taken against the Respondents.

Any other order this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts of the case may also be passed in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents".

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the parties have arrived at a settlement on 12.11.2025 at Mediation Centre, Saket, New Delhi, wherein a 'schedule of payment' have been incorporated in the said settlement.
