This petition has been filed by the petitioner complaining that despite of the interim Orders dated 29.07.2024, 08.08.2024 and 11.09.2024 passed in W.P.(C) 10251/2024 titled Sumit Kumar v. Union of India & Ors., the respondent has initiated disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner vide Chargesheet dated 12.09.2024 and directed the petitioner to attend the enquiry. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, submits that the letter/enquiry complained of by the petitioner has been withdrawn by the respondent. The same was informed to the petitioner on 26.10.2024.

Keeping in view the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition. The same is disposed of.
