Learned counsel for respondent, at the very outset, informs that the specific directions contained in order dated 15.10.2024 have been duly complied with and the concerned Bank has already been directed to defreeze the Bank Account of the petitioner.

A copy of the communication sent to the concerned Bank has also been transmitted to learned counsel for the petitioner on his whatsapp during the course of the hearing.

Mr. Maggu, learned counsel for petitioner states that he has received such copy and in view of the above, the petitioner is no longer desirous of continuing with the present contempt petition.
