% 02.05.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks release of the sum of ₹9,56,75,000/- deposited by the petitioner and other accused as bank guarantee pursuant to the order dated 5th March, 2015 passed by this Court in Bail Application Nos. 2674/2014, 2680/2014, 38/2015, 119/2015 and 123/2015 while granting bail to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take remedies as available in law at appropriate stage. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
